We will send you coloured artwork for your approval at no cost. When you have approved your artwork and placed a firm order, ACTION BADGES will commence production.

UPPER CASE LETTERING always looks best in embroidery, and ideally should be at least 6mm in height.

Choose CONTRASTING COLOURS. For example if your colours are black and green it is better to use them together on a white background rather than embroider black directly on to green.

Choose ANY SIZE and ANY SHAPE for your badge.

A standard badge can have up to SEVEN THREAD COLOURS plus the colour of your background material. EXTRA COLOURS and/or METALLIC THREAD are available options at a slightly higher price.

An OVERLOCKED BORDER, or an EMBROIDERED BORDER with a hot knife cut edge could suit your design.

Iron-on heat seal backing is also available.
